Kids In Fairfield Museum's History By Hand Club Tackle Sewing Projects

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The History by Hand Club will meet at the Fairfield Museum and History Center.

Students discover their own talents making unique sewing and collage projects inspired by history, including decoupage, patchwork pillows, animals and block quilting. Learn basic skills, techniques, vocabulary and safety. 

The club meets Tuesdays from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The program is for kids ages 8 to 13.

  • Session 2: Jan. 26, Feb. 2, 9, 16, 23 and March 8 
  • Session 3: March 15, 22, 29, April 5, 12 and 19 

Each session: members: $95; non-members: $125
, plus $25 supply fee. Sign up online here
