"R & R" is a 60 min class that will teach you the skills to calm both mind and body and combat the harmful effects of stress. Experience deep relaxation through a variety of techniques including gentle breathing exercises, visualization, and meditation accompanied by soft music and inspirational readings. Restorative for both mind and body. Inside each of us lies something greater and calmer than we can ever imagine. Meditation is a journey of self-discovery. By making the mind calm and quiet, we can go deep within and discover who we really are. Check the website for updated schedule - classes are subject to change.
