A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are so beat driven that it’s hard to slow down your cadence and not get lost in the music; climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. Whole lot of rhythm and soul to lift you up.
