The Expo is a showcase of Norwalk businesses and organizations that support and promote healthy living in the form of education, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. Parents will receive helpful tips and info, while children participate in a passport program that will encourage them to travel to each vendor throughout the expo promoting Healthy Minds and Healthy Bodies.
The Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies Expo is complete with activities on-site, and information provided by local organizations and businesses offering products, programs and services that support healthy living.

Foods and beverages from local restaurants demonstrate that dining out can be done smartly. Norwalk Hospital is also providing a Health Nutritionist to help educate our hungry visitors on the importance of eating healthy.
