Children's Programs Coming To Rutherford Library

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- There will be a variety of programs for children at the Rutherford Library this month.

Programs include singing, story telling and crafts. 

Drop-in story time will be held at 10:30 a.m and 2 p.m. Jan. 13, 20 and 27 and 10:30 a.m. Jan. 7, 14, 21 and 28. The Wednesday afternoon session is geared specifically toward children up to the age of 24 months, but all pre-school children are welcome. The story and rhyme portion of the afternoon session lasts 20 minutes and is followed by a play/social time for approximately 15 minutes.

Music with Guitar Bob for pre-school children will be from 11:15-11:45 Jan. 8, 22, and 29. Guitar Bob will play and sing a wide variety of his original songs.

Children ages 3-5 are invited to make a winter craft project at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 26. Children are asked to have an adult accompany them in order to assist them with making of the project.

Children ages 6 and older are invited to create a winter craft at 3:45 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28.
