Police: Sherman Man Yelled Obscenities At Driver, Kicked Bus In Milford

MILFORD, Conn. — A 44-year-old man from Sherman was arrested in Milford after he yelled obscenities at a driver and kicked the bus, Milford police said.

Lance Barrett, of 24 Quaker Ridge Road, was arrested at 8 p.m. Monday at the bust stop at the Connecticut Post Mall, police said.

Police were called on a report of a unruly passenger, who kicked the bus door, causing it to crack, and yelled obscenities at the bus driver, police said.

He was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 31.
