RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The David Everson Group will host a food tasting and tour of some of the premiere estates in and around Ridgefield to raise funds for breast cancer research on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The tour will feature tours of four estates that range in price from $2.3 million to $10.25 million. At each location, local chefs will prepare a food tasting.
Featured chefs will be Jehan De Noue of Albano's in Pound Ridge, N.Y.; Monica Brown with selections from 109 Cheese & Win and Bernard's; "Chef Silva," formerly of Biscotti Restaurant and David Fierstein of Bissell House Restaurant.
Tickets for the tour are $25 in advance and can be purchased by visiting the David Everson Group's office located at 410 Main Street in Ridgefield. Tickets will be available on the day of the event for $40. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the William Raveis breast cancer research fund.
The ticket price also includes entry into a raffle for one of 20 prizes.
