RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Aldrich in Ridgefield will continue its Third Saturdays Art Experience this weekend.
Children and parents are invited to explore the world of photography in "Legacy: Photographs from the Emily Fisher Landau Collection" by experiencing the Museum’s Camera Obscura and building your own pinhole cameras.
From 10 a.m. to noon, children ages 2 to 5 are invited to play in the galleries, followed by storytime and art-making. From 1 to 3 p.m., children ages 6 to 10 are invited to engage in gallery games and hands-on art projects. All children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
All families are invited to bring lunches and join museum educators for a picnic and games in the Sculpture Garden from noon to 1 p.m.
Third Saturday exhibits are free for museum members.
