The Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation will hold its annual Town Tennis Tournament starting Saturday, July 16. The tournament spans two weeks, with the finals July 30 at Binney Park.
The tournament includes men's and women's singles and doubles, mixed doubles, a 17-and-under youth division and a 12-and-under youth division. The adult divisions are broken up into 18 to 34 years, 35 and over, 50 and over, and 65 and over.
Registration will continue through July 8 and participants may register for one, two or three events. The fee is $25 per event for singles players and $40 per event for doubles teams.
For more information, call the tennis information line at 203-618-7613, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Registration forms can be downloaded at the Greenwich Parks and Rec website.
