WestConn Students Take A Turn At Directing Plays This Week

DANBURY, Conn. -- The Western Connecticut State University Department of Theatre Arts presents a Ten-Minute Play Festival this week, featuring plays directed and acted by students, in the Reimold Theatre in Berkshire Hall on the university’s Midtown campus, 181 White St., Danbury.

Performances are at 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and at 7 and 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22. Eight plays are staged at each time slot.

On Friday, Nov. 22, the 7 p.m. performance will include the plays that were performed Nov. 20, and the 9 p.m. performance will include the plays that were performed Nov. 21.

The event is free and open to the public. Donations to support the Department of Theatre Arts will be accepted.
