Friday, March 15
Kiss Me Kate
: 8 p.m. The Weston High School theater company performs “Kiss Me Kate” in the school’s auditorium. Performances are also scheduled for Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. 115 School Road, Weston.

“1964: The Tribute:” 8 p.m. A tribute band recreates The Beatles’ mid-60s concerts with period-specific outfits, instruments and stage banter at Sacred Heart University’s Edgerton Center for the Performing Arts. 5151 Park Ave., Fairfield.

Saturday, March 16
Food for Thought Expo:
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Fairfield PTA Council’s Fuel for Learning Partnership hosts its fourth annual event dedicated to healthy eating at Fairfield Warde High School. The event includes demonstrations from farmers, chefs and nutritionists, free food samples and activities for kids. 755 Melville Ave., Fairfield.

Sunday, March 17
St. Patrick’s Day at the Beardsley Zoo:
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo celebrates St. Patrick’s Day by offering free admission to kids wearing green when accompanied by a paying adult (one free child admission per adult). The zoo will also have a “Green Animal Scavenger Hunt” throughout the day. 1870 Noble Ave., Bridgeport.
