'A Whole New You' Zumba Event Hit The Stage In Ridgefield

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Lift your spirit and counter the post-holiday letdown at The Ridgefield Playhouse with “A Whole New You,” an on-stage Zumba event.

The event takes place on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at 6:30 p.m.

This evening is custom-designed for everyone – men and women – who want to change things up in the new year with the Latin rhythms of Zumba taught by the certified Zumba instructors of The Gym in Ridgefield and Southbury.

Lobby activities starting at 6:30 p.m. will include organic wine tastings courtesy of Organic Vintages, gluten-free cupcakes from Swoon Bakery, smoothies compliments of Pure Bar, boutique workout wear, 10 chances to win a gift certificate for the brand new state-of-the-art “tanning for two” at Adam Broderick Salon & Spa, make-up tips and tricks and lots of other renewal ideas.

This event is underwritten by The Gym, partially underwritten by Adam Broderick Salon & Spa, Ridgefield Running Company, Swoon Bakery, Pure Bar and Organic Vintages and is part of HamletHub’s “A Whole New You” series with media sponsor 98Q.
