The Spray Bay is open daily through Aug. 24 and on weekends only until Sept. 6 at the recreation center. The hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on weekends.
At the Spray Bay, children of all ages can enjoy their summer safely on a 2,800-square-foot zero-entry water playground.
Several water bucket stations are there for hours of endless water fun — whether you want to just stand under a hose or race to see how long until the next bucket will be dumped.
Entry to Spray Bay is included with the cost of the Adventure Day Camp (only during camper’s days) and Family Recreation and Family All-inclusive memberships.
Others may pay a $10 per person drop-in rate, which also includes recreation swim in the pool. Children under the age of 2 are free, along with adults who accompany paying children.
Ridgefield residents who are 60 and over are free and non-residents ages 60 and up are free with a member.
