Three Wilton Homes Sell for Less Than $680,000

WILTON, Conn. – Three houses were sold in Wilton during the week of April 6 to 12. Here are the property transfers as reported by Wilton’s town clerk:

• Amy Bartram sold the house at 50 Erdmann Lane to James and Kerry Crossen for $673,124.

• John David and Margarita Blessing sold the house at 20 Sugarbush Court to Raymond Umerley for $525,000.

• Linda Southworth sold 26 Mountain Road to Rama Miriyappalli and Pilla Vindo for $560,000.
