The goal of the program is to gather new, unwrapped toys through donations. Volunteers and staff members of the program, sponsored by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, will distribute toys as gifts to needy children throughout the Weston area.
The Weston Police Department at 56 Norfield Road and Lang’s Pharmacy at 190 Weston Road have Toys for Tots drop off boxes available until Dec. 19.
The Weston Police Benevolent Association and the Weston Police Union will also host a toy collection drive on Dec. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Weston Center.
Community businesses can still take part in the Toys for Tots effort by hosting a drop off location.
