original story: NORWALK, Conn. -- The left and center lanes of I-95 south in Norwalk are blocked by a crash on Tuesday morning. 

The crash occurred at about 8:25 a.m. 

The accident was on I-95 southbound between Exits 17 and 16, the DOT said.
