HARTFORD., Conn. - A lawsuit filed on behalf of a Pelham couple killed when a tree fell on their car on the Merritt Parkway in Westport can proceed, the Hartford Courant reports.
Joseph J. Stavola and Jeanne Serocke-Stavola died on June 9, 2007, when a 70-foot pine tree fell on their SUV. Their sons, who were in the back seat, survived, according to the Courant article.
