WESTON, Conn. - Town offices and schools will be closed in Weston, Easton and Redding Monday in honor of Presidents Day.

Town libraries in Weston and Easton also will be closed, with Mark Twain Library in Redding open.

Why don't we just close the schools--it seems like they are closed most of the time anyway. Yesterday a bunch of the little darlings "gave up" Valentine's day to join the Million Sap march. But, if we could save "just one life", by shutting the schools permanently, "it would be worth it".
What's next on the Moms' agenda? A march against animal nudity?
