A swastika, KKK and the phrase "white lives matter" was found spray-painted on a building at 1280 Stratfield Road, NBC Connecticut said.
This was the third incident in Fairfield in recent weeks with racist overtones.
In May, fliers bearing the words "White Lives Matter" were found at several homes in Fairfield as well as in Westport.
The fliers were a folded sheet of white 8- by 11-inch paper with the words in big type in a plastic bag weighted with small rocks.
The message #BlackLivesMatter has been used by protesters since last summer after incidents in which African-Americans have died at the hands of police officers, most notably in Ferguson, Mo., and New York City as well as most recently in Baltimore.
In March, two dead skunks were found on a telephone pole on Park and Jackman avenues along with a laminated sign that read "Obama Stinks," and had an American flag with a hammer and cycle symbol in place of the stars, police said.
