Easton Man Faces Drug Charges After Fairfield Car Accident

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- An Easton man is facing drug charges after he rear-ended another vehicle in Fairfield while driving impaired on Friday, Oct. 10, according to the Fairfield Citizen.

Christopher Naber, 25, told police he was on his way to his doctor to get suboxone and that he had taken two of his three doses of Xanax after he showed signs of impairment, the Fairfield Citizen reported. 

Upon further investigation, officers found heroin, marijuana and additional Xanax that was not in its prescribed container in Naber's possession, police told the Citizen. Naber's license was also suspended, the Fairfield Citizen said. 

Naber was charged with multiple drug counts, the Fairfield Citizen said.
