Lanes Of I-95 Reopen After Two-Car Crash In Westport

WESTPORT, Conn. -- I-95 has reopened after a two-car accident closed the right and middle lanes of the highway for a couple of hours on Tuesday, said officials with the Westport Fire Department.

The accident occurred at about 11:50 a.m. on southbound I-95 between Exit 17 and Exit 16. 

One person was transported to Norwalk Hospital by Westport EMS for further evaluation of apparent non-life-threatening injuries, fire officials said.

The Westport Fire Department responded with one Command Car, one Engine and one Rescue Company.
