Pedestrian Hit By Car Late Friday In Ridgefield

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- A pedestrian struck by a car in Ridgefield late Friday night was rushed to Danbury Hospital for treatment, NBC Connecticut reported.

The accident occurred at 10 p.m. near 570 Ridgebury Road, NBC Connecticut said.

Ridgefield police were interviewing the car's driver, the report said. The pedestrian's condition was not known.
