WESTON, Conn. – Weston police are still looking into who may have written a threatening note that forced a lock down Wednesday at Weston High School.
Classes at Weston High resumed on Thursday, one day after the note was found in a school hallway just after lunchtime. Weston High students were moved to nearby Weston Intermediate and Weston Middle schools during the lock down, which police said was done as a precaution.
Police Chief John Troxell and Weston Public Schools Superintendent Colleen Palmer could not be reached for comment Thursday, but Troxell had said Wednesday that police are considering a juvenile male as a person of interest. Police have not indicated what was written on the letter.
