James Martin, 41, and Daniel Ehret, 38, turned themselves in after a lengthy investigation into why Martin's unoccupied vehicle was found in his driveway with numerous bullet holes in the exterior on Aug. 1, State Police said.

Both Martin and Ehret were charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful discharge of a firearm, and reckless endangerment.

They voluntarily turned themselves in and are scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on the charges on Oct. 19, police said.

State Police had no further information on the case. The Darien Police Department was not available for comment when called.
