Ira Bloom of Berchem, Moses & Devlin of Milford said he received a call from Michael Santoro saying he based his decision on court cases handling comparability of size and market rate houses, and the affordable accessory apartments, according to the report.
The report state that Matthew Ranelli of Shipman & Goodwin of Hartford, the attorney for the builders of Easton Crossing – Saddle Ridge LLC – said Santoro did not raise any concerns in March about the requirements of the development when he was first contacted.
Ranelli insisted the commission consider the information presented about Easton Crossing and continue moving forward.
