Voting will be held in the Meeting Room at Town Hall, 56 Norfield Road, First Selectwoman Gayle Weinstein reminds residents.
Voters will cast ballots on a $65,759,943 total budget for the 2015-16 fiscal year, which begins July 1, according to the Weston Forum. This is a 2.29 percent increase over the current year’s budget.
The proposed budget includes:
- Town operating: $12,408,752, which is a 2.54 percent increase over this year;
- School operating: $48,603,782, which is a 2.62 percent increase;
- Capital improvements: $1,354,558, which is a 2.66 percent increase; and
- Debt service: $6,390,963, a 1.5 percent decrease.
