Fairfield's Higgins Group Adds Viscuso To Grow Presence On Shoreline

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Higgins Group of Fairfield has hired Andrea Viscuso to spearhead its growth on the Connecticut shoreline.

Viscuso, a marketing and public relations professional turned realtor, moved back to the hometown of Branford after a stint in New York City. Viscuso is applying her creative thinking and public relations background to real estate practices in the local area.

“I look forward to connecting with new clients and helping locals achieve real estate success though unique and innovative marketing strategies,” Viscuso said. “Diving into real estate has been a rewarding experience thus far with three closed transactions in five months and my background in public relations and marketing has helped me reach the right audience at a quicker speed. I feel my experience working with the demands, deadlines, and high-executive clients within the PR-agency lifestyle has allowed me to swiftly transition into a producing realtor.”

Viscuso works out of the Fairfield and Shelton offices, and is a member of the Connecticut statewide MLS as well as the Greater Fairfield County MLS, which allows her to reach a larger audience when marketing or searching for a home.

She is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Viscuso has recently been nominated for the Connecticut Realtors Harry W. Wenz Good Neighbor Award, to recognize her dedication and efforts as Assistant Vice President for The Melissa Marottoli Hogan Foundation, which raises funds for lung cancer research and awareness of the disease among non-smokers.
