Veteran Louis Montalvan Discusses His Book At Scarsdale Library

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Author Louis Montalvan will talk about his book “Until Tuesday: A Wounded Warrior and the Golden Retriever Who Saved Him” at Scarsdale Library on Sunday, Feb. 1, at 2 p.m.

On Sept. 11, 2007, Montalvan honorably discharged as a U.S. Army captain after 17 years of military service. In addition to his years in Iraq, which earned him two Bronze Stars, the Purple Heart, the Army Commendation Medal for Valor and the Combat Action Badge, Montalvan mentored and trained officers at Fort Benning and served on policy development teams in Washington, D.C.
