Ridgewood Art Institute Offering Painting Classes In 2016

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- The Ridgewood Art Institute will offer an array of painting and drawing classes starting in January.

RAI will offer classes at the following dates and times:

  • Oil Painting – Landscape, Seascape, Still Life and Portrait for Adults: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10a.m. to 1p.m. and at 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Susan Hope Fogel is teaching Drawing for Adults, Figure and Still Life: Thursday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 
  • Oil Painting for Adults – Florals and Still Lifes: Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Water Color for Adults: Thursdays from 10 p.m. to 1 p.m. 
  • Pastel-Portrait, Still Life & Landscape: Fridays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
  • Figure Drawing, Life Costume and Still Life: Mondays  from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
  • Fundamentals of Watercolor, The Basic Techniques, Problem Solving, Design and Composition: Tuesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 
  • Oil Painting: Floral, Still Life & Landscape Painting: Mondays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
  • Watercolor Techniques, Mixing Color, Composition, Landscape, Flowers & Still Life: Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
