Quran Armstrong, 42, stole clothing and household goods from a Hazelwood Avenue home around 8:30 a.m. June 4, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said.
Armstrong is 5 feet and 7 inches, around 125 pounds and has brown eyes, black hair and a light brown complexion, Ambrose said.
