FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- The Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors announced its new leadership team at its annual meeting and luncheon in November.

The Realtors thanked retiring MFCAR board members, Cheryl Scott Daniels, (2014 President), directors, Donna Karnes, Mary Ann Laurita, Stuart Svirsky, and Eileen Hill.

The 2014 Realtor of the Year was presented to Bernadine DiVecchio, of Halstead Property, a 32-year Westport resident who has been active in the local community and has held positions including president of MFCAR (2005) and the State of Connecticut Board of Realtors.

Special guests at the luncheon from the State of Connecticut Association of Realtors included Jim Heckman, Government Affairs Director and Chief Lobbyist; Kristen Haseney, Associate Counsel; and Deb Chamberlain, president, who swore in the 2015 Slate of Officers and Directors.
