Easton's Jake Lightman Honored At Colgate University

EASTON, Conn. -- Easton's Jake Lightman, a Joel Barlow High School graduate, recently was inducted into the Colgate University chapter of Phi Eta Sigma, a national honor society.

Lightman was among 167 students who received the distinction for having earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the 2012-13 academic year.

Lightman previously earned the Dean's Award in 2012.

Phi Eta Sigma is a national scholastic honor society that recognizes the outstanding academic achievement of first-year students.
