Redding Students Earn Academic Honors In College

REDDING, Conn. -- Several Redding students have earned academic honors in college. 

  • Redding's Rebecca DeSimone was named to  Dean's List for the fall semester at Curry College in Milton, Mass.. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must earn a 3.30 G.P.A., have no incompletes, and have no grade lower than a C for the semester. 
  • Nathaly Flores, of Redding, made the fall 2013 Dean's List at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, N.Y. Flores was among more than 1,100 students who made the Dean's List. 
  • Western Connecticut State University in Danbury named 10 students from Redding and West Redding to its Dean's List for the fall semester. The students were Aaron Blackwell, Samuel Greenhill, Sheila Houlahan, Marian LeLash, Ethan Strang, Maria Avila-Vazquez, Kailley McGannon, Tina Tennant, John Holden and Jilian Saber.
