DANBURY, Conn.-- The Wooster School in Danbury will be hosting its first free fall boys lacrosse clinics on Sunday, Sept. 22, and Sunday, Sept. 29, from 10 a.m. until noon.
The clinics will be taught by Wooster School staff and supported by coaches and professionals from 2WayLacrosse.
The clinic on Sept. 22 is for lacrosse players in grades 8 through 11 while the Sept. 29 clinic is for players in grades 4 through 7.
Coaches will include David Newman, who is the head coach at Wooster. He has 18 years of experience and has sent players to play at colleges such as Duke, Johns Hopkins and Harvard.
Peter Newman is the co-founder of two-way lacrosse and coached at Westminster School in Simsbury for the last 24 years.
