Weston, Barlow Football Players Earn All-League Honors

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – Five players each from Weston High and Joel Barlow High were named to the all-league first team in football in the South-West Conference.

Joel Barlow’s players on the all-conference team include Christian Huribal, William Wilson, Alex Lockwood, Jack Shaban and Steve Miller. Weston’s honorees include Tyler Hassett, Justin Schaffer, Austin Gomar, Jack Hamilton and Erik Dammen-Brower.

Barlow players named to the second team were Alex Gallaer, Jordan Ewud, Josh Tunick and Jacob Boxer. Weston’s Jimmy Brasco, Aaron Pomerance, Thomas McGlone, Zach Cannon and Sam Panton were also named to the second team.

Barlow’s Joel Socci and Weston’s Peter Lummis were honorable mention selections.
