A few years ago I rose at the Town meeting to question why the Board of Education was spending big money putting in special ramps ,at great expense, at the schools for parents who drive their children to school. I suggested that maybe we should put in a toll both for those parents at each of those ramps. I was evidently just ahead of my time. View Comment

If Malloy wants to close the budget gap he can do it by putting toll boths on the Merritt and I-95 in Greenwich. He need only put the booths in the South bound lanes.
