Can someone tell me why RYHS Real Estate isn't turning Newfield Green into a U-Shaped bigger plaza now that the Dynasty Szechuan and the Gas Station are gone? Build a bigger grocery store, then turn the two perpendicular sides of the current building into additional wings to form a U. It would block noise to neighboring residents and add much needed retail space to Stamford. I thought that was the plan, but after reading this article I feel that they are missing the bigger opportunity here for revenue and pleasing the public. View Comment
