NY Judge Should Be Removed Over Retaliatory Lawsuit After Mask Policy Argument: Commission A Dutchess County city judge should be removed from the bench after retaliating against a woman who filed a judicial misconduct complaint against him following his refusal to put a mask on at a doctor's office, a state commission has determined.  The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct ordered the removal of Poughkeepsie City Court Judge Frank M. Mora in a determination dated Friday, Aug. 21.  Mora, an attorney since 1997 who has served on the court since 2011, has a term that runs through the end of 2030.  The Commission said the case stemmed from a December 2021 …
