I agree 100% with everyone, it's was Brody's fault. So she got out of the car, maybe it was to check for damage, can she backup and not break the gate, any damage, do I have enough space to back up, etc. We really don't know her reasons. She went forward instead of back, all I purchase are Mercedes cars and with my first I was confused and I made mistakes but let me be clear, i NEVER took my foot off that break until I looked and made sure I was going in the right direction. Let's say she went forward by mistake for the sake of argument. No matter how you look at it, no matter what the reasons are, she was on the tracks where she shouldn't have been and SHE AND ONLY HER caused the whole huge MESS. What I wonder is why the press isn't saying it, where are the debates? What if it was a young adult? Or someone who wasn't as "appropriate" as Brody? The family is being ridiculous and just putting more negativity on them. Jeez keep quiet, keep your head down, avoid more drama. You're wrong your mom was wrong and nothing is going to change that.
