Strengthing public health and a mention about chronic diseases. We have PSA's about the flu, but how many people know the facts about Hepatitis C or HCV, in Ct? When people know the facts, they can treat the problem if need be. Livers are NOT a dime a dozen. The DPH has flat out refused to come to the Litchfield area for educational talks, and I was told there was" no problem with HCV in this area" Really? How do you explain the people who I know that have it, and their own statistics. Like I said, depends on who you are and where you live.
