Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Car Flips On Route 1 In North Brunswick (Updated) Police were at the scene of a crash in which a car overturned on Route 1 in North Brunswick, authorities said. The two-car crash occurred at about 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 6 southbound near Adams Lane, according to the NJDOT. One of the drivers suffered minor injuries, North Brunswick police said. Motorcyclist, 45, Killed In Camden County Crash A 45-year-old motorcyclist from Camden County was killed in a crash Sunday, June 2, in Gloucester City, authorities said. Christopher R. Chester, of Lawnside, was on the exit 1B ramp from Interstate 76 south to Interstate 295 north at 9:45 a.m. when he lost control of his Suzuki motorcycle, struck a guardrail and was thrown from the Suzuki, New Jersey State Police said.
