Weston Garden Club Looks To Grow Its Activities In Town

WESTON, Conn. -- The Weston Garden Club is ready for spring. 

The club has several beautification projects coming in the next several weeks and representatives are looking to organize an annual garden tour of Weston, according to a Weston Forum story.

The Weston Garden Club is a local community organization made up of 30 members who share a passion for all things related to gardening, according to the club's website.

The club was founded in 1952 and is part of The National Garden Clubs, Inc. and The Federated Garden Clubs of Ct. Inc. 

"The objective of the club is to increase knowledge of horticulture and conservation, to assist in community, civic and garden projects, and to develop the art of flower arranging," representatives said on the website.
