FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- A portion of the southbound Merritt Parkway in Fairfield County is closed Tuesday evening after an accident.
The closure is between Exit 44 for the Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield and Exit 42 for Route 57 in Westport.
The accident was reported at 7:30 p.m.
