FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Peter G. Hallstrom, 64, of Fairfield, died Saturday, Aug. 29.
Hallstrom was born in Bridgeport and was a lifelong area resident.
He was an employee of DE'Santie Tire Co. He also worked at Hine Brothers for many years.
He was a past president of the Easton Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his daughter, Kristen M. Hallstrom, and his former wife, Karen Hallstrom, both of Milford; and several cousins and a very special friend, Lou Patrick.
He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Richard Hallstrom.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, Sept. 19, at 1 p.m. at the Covenant Church of Easton.
The burial was private in Mount Grove Cemetery, Larson Funeral Home, Bridgeport.
