Weston Welcomes New Tax Collector As Bills Go Out

WESTON, Conn. -- Weston has a new Tax Collector as of June 19.

Cathleen McLellan is the new tax collector and helped send out tax bills this week.

The Weston Board of Selectmen unanimously approved hiring McLellan at its June 4 meeting, according to a press release.

McLellan replaced Charity Nichols, who is retiring. McLellan previously had been the assistant tax collector for Ridgefield for 11 years.
