Weston's Republican Candidates Meeting With Voters At Town Center

WESTON, Conn. — Republican candidates for local boards and commissions will be at Weston Town Center to meet voters, listen to residents’ concerns and share their views on important issues facing the town.

The gathering at Town Center will be on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

“Dennis [Tracey] and I offer leadership that is collaborative and respectful," first selectman candidate Nina Daniel said of her GOP running mate. "We are committed to maintaining the excellence and safety of our schools, helping seniors to remain in our community, protecting the rural character of our town, and pursuing strategies that will lower the burden on families of debt and high taxation.” 

In addition to Daniel, the other Republican candidates who will be available at Town Center to meet with voters include: Dennis Tracey, selectman candidate; incumbent Bob Ferguson for the Finance Board; incumbent Ellen Uzenoff for the Board of Education; incumbent Dan McNeill for the Board of Education; and incumbent Jacqueline Blechinger for the Board of Education.
