New Paltz Man, 37, Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teenage Girl

NEW PALTZ, N.Y. -- A New Paltz man is behind bars, charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl, the Poughkeepsie Journal reported Monday, Jan. 4.

Justin Pastor, 37, allegedly sexually abused the teen at his home on Dec. 23, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. 

The teen eventually reported the assault to a family member who then notified police. He was charged with with third-degree criminal sexual act, a class E felony, says the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Pastor was arrested at his home and remains at Ulster County Jail on $10,000 cash bail, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.
