A Capital Region man was arrested for threatening another person by pulling an imitation gun on them, police said.
Craig D. Wilson, 55, of Round Lake, was in a verbal altercation with the other party and displayed what appeared to be a pistol, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office said.
Officers responded to the scene — a gas station on Route 9 in Clifton Park — just before 8 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11 and arrested Wilson, authorities said. Investigators determined the item was a “less-lethal pistol,” according to the sheriff’s office.

A man found dead in his own pond in Pennsylvania has been identified as the investigation into his death continues, the coroner’s office announced on Thursday, Sept. 17.
George E. Dunda, 77, of Brecknock Township, was found in his private pond in the 1600 block of Wyomissing Road, according to Berks County Coroner Matthew J. Stitzel.
The Berks County 911 Center received a call reporting someone in the pond on Monday, Sept. 14, the release states.
