A Bronx man burglarized the same vehicle twice in three days before kicking and spitting on police officers during his second arrest in Bergen County, authorities said.
Thomas Dorsey, 57, was charged following separate incidents in Teaneck on Sunday, Aug. 30, and Wednesday, Sept. 2, Police Chief Seth Kriegel said.

NJ Man Kidnapped 6-Year-Old: Prosecutor
A 27-year-old Warren County man was arrested and charged with kidnapping a 6-year-old on Saturday, Sept. 5, authorities said.
At 2:51 a.m., officers in Washington Township received a report of a missing 6-year-old girl in Washington Borough, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said. The girl was located as she was returning home on foot, having been the victim of a kidnapping, authorities said. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.

The bodies of four members of a Miami family were recovered on Tuesday, Sept. 8, after their Florida-bound private plane went down near the Bahamas, family members told ABC News and NBC 6 South Florida.
The victims were identified as pilot Mario Lamar Sr., 80; his wife, Lili Lamar, 79; and their grandchildren, Sofia “Sofi” Sosa, 28, and Christian Sosa, 22.
