The thefts occurred around 4 a.m., Phillipsburg police said. The thefts occurred on 800 Block of Dewey Avenue, 600 Block of Sayre Avenue, 900 Block of 6th Avenue, 100 Block of Carpentersville Road, 1000 Block of East Boulevard, police said.
