Trooper Struck After High-Speed Crash On I-95: PA State Police
A state police vehicle was involved in a crash on Interstate 95 early on Thursday, May 2, according to troopers. It happened in the southbound lanes near mile marker 6.2 in Chester, police wrote in a report. A driver crashed off the right shoulder and their car overturned, blocking the right and center lanes, authorities said. A woman has been missing for nearly three months and authorities believe she could have been killed in the Harrisburg area, according to an updated release on Friday, May 3. The body of a 70-year-old kayaker who'd gone missing earlier in the week during a fishing trip along the Schuylkill River earlier this week has been recovered, authorities said.
